When I was scaling All Hours from $12M to $20M,

I watched my male colleagues tap into networks of seasoned owners and leaders who'd been through exactly what they were facing.

Meanwhile, I was searching for women who had built companies at this level, who understood the isolation of major decisions, the complexity of scaling teams and systems, and the challenges that come with serious growth. Let's be honest, being a female has its challenges as well.

What I've realized is that women owners and operators need a space to think strategically with peers who are doing the same. We think in different ways. We lead in different ways. That's what I'm creating here, a place where you can be strategic about your business alongside women who are doing the same.
